My wife and I took advantage of the Disney for Lovers package deal we found on your site last weekend, and it was the best time we’ve done in years!
We are from Miami so we drove up to Orlando Friday after work, it took us about 4 hours with the traffic but we were so excited (like kids) the time passed quickly.
We checked into Disney’s Boardwalk Resort which if you’ve never been there is one of their upscale properties. As soon as I pulled out my ID I was acknowledged as being on a Romance Package, I was informed that we were upgraded to a secluded part of the resort (away from the kids ) for the ultimate in privacy.
The décor reminded us of a glorious by-gone era where couples would leisurely saunter along the boardwalk holding hands. Gentlemen would be smartly dressed with top hats and the ladies would seek shade under an umbrella.
The bellhop seems to be on the entire experience, because along the way to the room he told us about all the cool things we could do and enjoy as a couple. On entering the room we were agasp with surprise, the room was decorated with rose petals, soft love songs were playing from the cd player and a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries were waiting on a silver platter.
We were smart to have made reservation before getting there, for the Flying Fish restaurant, which is on property and very popular. The theme of the menu was seafood which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Saturday was going to be a busy day for us, we got up really early, had breakfast in bed and quickly went about mapping our day. We had a 2 day park hopper, which was a part of the package; this meant that we could go to all four theme parks all in two days.
The plan was to go to the Magic Kingdom for a few hours then return to the resort for a mid day siesta, then return to Epcot to close the evening with the firework.
The next day Sunday we would go to Animal Kingdom in the morning always returning mid day for our siesta (Oh the package came with this humongous Do Not Disturb sign no one can miss) then head to the Disney MGM Studio before we headed home.
I must say all went as planned, I am most thankful to the concierge team at the Boardwalk because, the reason it seem I had it all planned out before hand was because of their guidance.
On the way back my wife drifted off to sleep with a big smile on her face, we are in our late forties but this weekend we felt as if we were kids again…….……Ok teenagers!

Terrific work! This is the type of information that should be shared around the web. Shame on the search engines for not positioning this post higher!
Thank you for the encouragement and please tell your friends about it!
